Florida
Taking the plunge in Florida was no easy task for me, given the fear of water I have had since a child. I decided to book a holiday to Florida with the family and I was determined to swim with Dolphins while I was there. The holiday started in a lovely a place, Hotels in Orlando. Anyway, the flight over was relatively pain free and the hotel was lovely when we arrived. Our room was nice and big with a lovely view over the golf course. The staff wre very welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for a lot more. Always at the back of my mind was what I was here to do….to face my fears. We started gently and I went in the hotel pool, it wasn’t too bad as everyone was there and I was broken in gently! Next day we went to see the Dolphins and if I am honest I was petrified but I put on a brave face….and I managed it, and loved it! I am so glad I did it. I am not sure I am ever going to love it but the point was I did it and I feel great about it.
Once we had finished we headed back to the hotel and spent the rest of our in time in Florida looking around at all of the sites and attractions. An amazing holiday, I love Orlando, and I took the plunge!!
