Tonight marks the amazing comeback of Carson Palmer from a devastating knee injury.
Unlike Ben Worhtlessberger, who crashed his motorcycle being an idiot, Palmer actually had to work to get back from the injury. It will be a miraculous recovery if he is able to perform without any complications. I think the Bengals have a good year ahead of them.
By the way, the Steelers still suck.

Yeah, those WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Steelers suck bad. Don’t you wish the Bungles could suck as bad?

Right on schedule.

You know the only reason you write that garbage is to get a rise out of me. You love my presence around here. Without it, your site would kinda suck worse than it does. Ha!

That and I really really hate the Steelers.

I don’t think the Steelers suck I just don’t think they will win the Superbowl this year. After all it is pretty hard to win it two years in a row.
By the way Ken, did Kitna do good with his last years at Cincinnati? I hope he did becuase he was cool.

WHO DEY!!!
August 29th, 2006 at 8:26 am
WOW!!! Did you see the way they lit up Green Bay’s All-Pro secondary!?!?!?!
The rest of the North is in trouble this year.
Sam Adams is a STUD!

Unlike the classless Bengals fan that Ken is (ahem…trash talker!), I will admit that Cinci looked damn good last night.
But Sgt., it’s no surprise they whooped Green Bay’s ass. They’re one of the worst teams in the league right now.
I’m excited to finally have a worthy opponent for my beloved Steelers. It is gonna be a great match-up.

AH YEEAH!
What size jersey do you think Sam Adams wears? XXXXXXL?
August 29th, 2006 at 10:27 am
No, Green Bay is one of the worst Offenses… When you’re second best corner is Charles Woodson, you have a pretty good secondary… They proved once again that any defense will have trouble stopping Carson & Co.
Take that with the fact that our defense creates a ridiculous number of turnovers and we’re gonna have a good run this year.
Having said that, it’s still gonna be a battle with Pitt and the Ravens since the Bengals have a crazy tough schedule. (They all do, but when you add Indy and NE to ours only, it gets rough)
August 29th, 2006 at 12:22 pm
I can’t believe Ron Jaworsky said that the Ravens were the best team in the AFC North. What an idiot.
August 29th, 2006 at 1:38 pm
They’re gonna be a lot better than last year, especially on offense, maybe not as good on defense though…
I could even see them taking second place from the Steelers, but it would take some luck on their part and some bad luck for Pitt.
They will not beat both Pittsburgh and Cincinnati though, they just didn’t improve enough.

Anyone else get the latest SI? Joey Porter on the cover looking badass and quoted by the mag as the most feared player in the NFL.

They fear he’s gonna shoot and rob them in the parking lot after the game for stepping on the field at the same time as him.

How does that make Carson more honorable to have worked to get back onto the field? He went down like a sack of bricks when Kimo merely touched his leg. That’s right. I’m sure you’ve seen the film a million times where the hit really wasn’t that bad. Meanwhile, Ben stops a Volvo with his face and gets onto the field the next week. That leads me to surmise Ben can take more than dandy ol’ Carson. Not like he does anyway with the front line the Steelers have working for him.
By the way, Worthlessberger is quite clever but four total losses and a superbowl ring in two years doesn’t quite fit.
