The NFL season kicks off tonight when the Miami Dolphins visit the Pittsburgh Steelers. All I can say is,
“Go Dolphins!”
Screw the Steelers. I hope they lose every game.

no way, I want the Steelers to go 14-2 (the 2 being the 2 games against Cincy) and meet us in the AFC Championship game.
September 7th, 2006 at 11:46 am
That’s a good point. I would actually rather see that happen.
September 7th, 2006 at 11:47 am
losers like fottball, retail boi is a loser
September 7th, 2006 at 11:49 am
Of course that means the Bengals would need to go at least 14-2 also. Not that that is not a possibility.
September 7th, 2006 at 12:12 pm
no, losers can’t spell “football” or “boy”
Yeah, as long as one got the #1 seed and the other got the top wildcard, they wouldn’t meet until the AFC Champ game.
September 7th, 2006 at 12:25 pm
Well the Bengals are going to go 16-0 anyway so it really doesn’t matter.

You know, I’m getting really FUCKING tired of every sports writer picking the Bengals to miss the playoffs, finish without a winning record, etc. How are they figuring this? Do they forget that we have arguably the best offense in the league? There’s no way the Dolphins finish ahead of us. Daunte Culpepper hasn’t proven that he can win without Randy Moss. And these writers get paid to write this garbage.
September 7th, 2006 at 3:39 pm
And I’m sure when we start blowing people away and do make the playoffs, all those guys will be changing their tunes to make it look like they picked Cincy all along.

So, anyways, did anyone else see that Chad Johnson wrote a book with Paul Daugherty, AKA Ken’s best friend?
September 8th, 2006 at 7:54 am
Holy crap. Downtown is the place to be for a Steelers game. What a great win. Everyone was picking the Dolphins to beat us. I guess they were expecting Culsalt to be bombing it all over the field but nay. It was Charlie Batch who came away with 126 QB rating. What a great game. Oh man. What a great game.

You suck RocknRoll. I had to resort to watching them on t.v. It was a hell of a game. I may be in town to watch Pitt play Michigan State at Heinz Field next weekend and am pumped.
Oh, and Ken, Deion Sanders is calling the Bengals to win the AFC division for what it’s worth.
September 8th, 2006 at 8:55 am
Honestly, I was not all that impressed with the Steelers. They beat a Dolphins team, which in my view, is not going to be one of the teams to beat this year like everyone thinks. I can’t believe some people are picking Miami to be in the Superbowl. Daunte Culpepper is not what he was a few years ago in Minnesota. Who the heck was he throwing to?
September 8th, 2006 at 9:16 am
Ken, before you get all worked up about people’s picks… take a look at this.
So much for the Bengals being ignored.

Why doesn’t Akron have a football team?
Because pretty soon Cleveland and Cincinnati will want a team too.
September 8th, 2006 at 9:59 am
Quite a contrast from all the other sports talk entities’ predictions.
September 8th, 2006 at 10:01 am
I hate how everyone is saying “Gee whiz the Steelers still won even though they were shakey.” Why weren’t you impressed with the Steelers, Ken, everyone? Because they blew away a second rate team like they’re supposed to? 3 passing touchdowns from the backup QB. A 100 yard rusher, a 100 yard reciever. All without Ben, Bus, or El. Let me suggest something….you’re envious.
September 8th, 2006 at 10:04 am
Envious is hardly the word. You’re right, they did what they were supposed to do. I just don’t think beating up on the Dolphins is that much of an accomplishment. That game was very close until the last 6 minutes or so. I would just like to see what they do against one of the quality teams.
September 8th, 2006 at 10:36 am
I, personally give the Steelers credit. I don’t think the Dolphins are as bad as Ken makes them out to be. It was a good game and the Steelers pulled it out, job well done, on to next week.
Let’s just hope the Bengals can do the same against a very good KC.
September 8th, 2006 at 10:55 am
I’m not saying the Steelers aren’t a good team. They got the job done with impressive defense. Now I can’t wait to see the Bengals blow out KC.

I just want to get something straight here. Are Ken and Angry Ken two different people? Is “Angry Ken” Ken’s alter ego? Are you guys siamese twins and one of you is permenantly stuck to a pissed-off jerk? Why are some people’s names orange? Does this signify a Bengals fan or a resident of Cincy?
September 8th, 2006 at 1:00 pm
LOL. Let us clarify:
Technically, “Angry” Ken is my alter ego. But the name displayed when I comment just depends on whether or not I am logged into the site at that time. For the most part, comments from both Ken and Angry Ken are coming from the same jerk.
Names in orange are linked to whatever web address that person leaves when posting a comment. Click on a name in orange and see where you go. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
