I’ll skip the rhetoric and get right into how much of a bitch UC president Nancy Zimpher is.

First of all, by firing Bob Huggins, Zimpher has set the basketball program back about 4 or 5 years. She fires Huggins for personal reasons, she insults everyone involved with the team, including the players, and she won’t even hire interim coach Andy Kennedy to a full time position. Nancy Zimpher is a bitch.

Despite all of Nancy’s crap, Kennedy was still able to lead the Bearcats to what would have been (if the selection committee didn’t have their heads up their asses) an NCAA tournament berth. Despite the unexpected success, they refuse to offer Andy Kennedy a contract. Instead, they have hired an outside firm to conduct a search for a new head coach. Isn’t that the athletic director’s (Mike Thomas) job? We’ve already lost our incoming recruits and haven’t been able to recruit new ones because of the mess Nancy made. Nancy Zimpher is a bitch.

The basketball program isn’t the only thing Zimpher’s administration has fucked up. Look at UC’s new logo. Yeah that’s right, if you squint you might be able to see the difference from the old one. She hired an outside firm to do that too. For a few million dollars, Cincinnati’s logo was italicized. UC has one of the best design programs in the country. Instead of having that department or its students design a new logo, they waste millions on having someone else do it. Real smart thinking there. Nancy Zimpher is a bitch.

Congratulations Nancy Zimpher. You have completely destroyed the thing that made UC what it is today. Do us and yourself a favor and resign. And take AD Mike Thomas with you. Nancy Zimpher, you are a bitch.

Just a couple final thoughts. Although UC is in the NIT now, I hope they plow through everyone and prove without a doubt that they belonged in the NCAA tournament.

I can’t wait until Bob Huggins starts coaching again. I plan to follow whatever college he ends up at, in addition to UC.
