It Begins (again)
posted @ 4:50 pm in [ Sports ]

Carson Palmer hates the Pittsburgh Steelers. Damn right he does! Just like everyone else on the Bengals, Cincinnati, the NFL, the world. Who wouldn’t hate those bastards?

I guess the Steelers’ Larry Foote didn’t appreciate Palmer’s comments. You know what? I’m not even going to be eloquent about this. Fuck Larry Foote and fuck the Pittsburgh Steelers! That whole organization is a stain on the NFL. Yeah, Palmer hates the Steelers because he is quote, “Jealous of what they have.” The rest of us hate the Steelers because they are a bunch of classless assholes with disgusting pieces of shit for fans.

I’ll write more on this later. The Steelers still suck.

Jealousy is a bitch, ain’t it Ken?!

We’ve got the Championship while you chumps are still whining about what might have been. Pathetic!

  2. Angry Ken Says:

It’s about time you spoke up.

  3. Angry Ken Says:

I’m less concerned with what would have been and looking forward to what will be. The Bengals putting a beatdown on the Stillers. BOOYAH!

  4. Steel City Gal Says:

I was too busy being back in PGH to respond. You know, hanging in the city of a championship team and all. Wait, you wouldn’t know. BOOYAH!

And bring it on babe! I will have tickets to the season ender on 12/31, mark my words. We’ll see who’s putting the beatdown on whom.

  5. Angry Ken Says:

Blah blah blah. I’m so tired today.

  6. Steel City Gal Says:

That’s the witty comeback I would expect out of you…

  7. Brooks Says:

That game probably won’t matter anyway. If the NFL wanted to have a great matach-up they should have it in week 12,13,14. By week 17 one of the teams or both of the teams playoff hope are already set in stone. One of the teams will rest it’s starters or both will.

  8. CincySux Says:

It’s about time for my return. It must have been some kind of sixth “asshole” sense. Low and behold I visit this page for the first time in months, and look what I see.

Ken, once the Bengals have the dynasty that the Steelers do, then you can call whoever you want a shitstain. Until that time, just accept that you echo that of your beloved team, a loser.

Steel City Gal. Why….WHY have you kept up with this blog/jag-off. Its really only furthering his belief that he is something in life.

The internet is vast Ken, and you are nothing in it.

Ah… now that is nice way to return.

  9. Angry Ken Says:

Congrats Cincysux. Your grand re-emergence was about as exciting as a tooth ache.

And what Dynasty are you speaking of? I don’t think 1 championship in the last 30 years (or however long it’s been) constitutes a dynasty.

I’m glad people like you have decided to come back though. Makes me look that much more intelligent.

The internet is my kingdom. I merely allow others to exist in it.

  10. Steel City Gal Says:

Cincy Sux: Can I claim temporary insanity?!? In all fairness to Ken, his site ammuses me slightly and in a mundane workplace, it’s a welcome albeit inconsequential distraction.

Brooks: to Steeler fans, ALL games matter. I look forward to bringing the house down in Paul Brown Stadium 12/31…

And christ Kenny: are you really that bitter that you can’t even admit that we’re a dynasty?

  11. CincySux Says:

Ken, what are you trying to pull? You can’t start from the top with me. The last time I posted here, you were at the foothills looking at me with squinted eyes and child-like hope. You aspire to be me. I don’t recall you ever getting the upper hand.

Don’t confuse me with them. You know what I am talking about.

Dynasty… you know what I speak of. Where is the Cincinnati dynasty? “It’s coming this year with Carson Palmer”
… sure, limping all the way.

  12. Angry Ken Says:

You’ve got to be kidding me. Don’t think for one second you can come into my house and make shit up about you being one over on me. I don’t know you from the other dimwit Steeler fans that come here.

And from what I understand, dynasties require multiple championships within a short timespan. Recent examples would be the Chicago Bulls, The New England Patriots, LA Lakers. These teams won multiple, often consecutive titles. The Steelers have won 1 in the last 30, so don’t bring that dynasty crap in here.

  13. Steel City Gal Says:

Are you boys finished with your pissing match yet?

  14. Angry Ken Says:

    I hope not!

  15. Steel City Gal Says:

    And you call us dimwitted?!?

  16. Angry Ken Says:

All you have to do is read any comment left by a Steelers fan.

  17. Greg Says:

the last time I placed a comment on this site cincysux went away so it hought that if i posted he would go away. Anyway who cre right now ? its june! this post shuold wait until at least mid-july

  18. Greg Says:

    that should be “cares”

  19. Steel City Gal Says:

Wow Ken, if Greg is a Bengals fan, he sure shows me how articulate and educated you all really are.

  20. Angry Ken Says:

Anytime is a good time to hate the Steelers. I think Cincysux scares easy.

  21. Greg Says:

hey i am only 14 cut me some slack

  22. Angry Ken Says:

Greg, you’re already years ahead of most Steeler fans.

  23. Steel City Gal Says:

Greg, if you want to hang out with the grown-ups you must deal with the consequences. Sorry, no slack from me kiddo.

Haha. Good one! When you say “most”, I assume I am one of those exceptions…

  24. CincySux Says:

A dynasty is a line of rulers, or people in a ruling position who maintain their dominant status over a long period of time. Just to explain.

Ken, you assume I was speaking of our most recent victory. I was speaking of the past. It still applies. The Bengals have no past for you to bank on. They have no present, and they have no immediate future. So unless you have any more incorrect assumptions…. you can sit and know that I am right.

  25. Ken Says:

Your definition of a dynasty is correct, but things are different when it comes to sports. Where is the cut off point to you? Does making the playoffs on a consistent basis make you a dynasty? If that is the case, the Atlanta Braves would be considered a dynasty, even though they have only won one world series in the last decade or so. And I haven’t heard the words Braves and dynasty in the same sentence. The Steelers didn’t even make the playoffs 3 years ago. So as long as you are there most of the time you’re a dynasty?
By your logic, a team just needs to make the playoffs more often than not in the span of a few seasons and that makes them a dynasty.
In sports, dynasty must equal championships. It doesn’t matter how many games you win or how many years in the playoffs. The Chicago Bears of the mid 80’s were a dominant team, but they only had the one Superbowl victory. That’s why you don’t hear anyone talk about the Bears’ dynasty.

    Get it right!

  26. Steel City Gal Says:

I think we all agree to disagree. Now can we move on for Pete’s sake???

  27. Angry Ken Says:

If you agree that I am right.

  28. Steel City Gal Says:

Poor, dillusional Kenny. You will NEVER hear me say or type those words to you, especially in reference to my beloved Steelers. Never.

  29. Angry Ken Says:

I guess someone finally realized what a dynasty is.

Putting people in their place has become so routine.

  30. CincySux Says:

A dominant season does not make a dynasty dumbass. If you are going to put it in “sports terms,” then you would realize that it would have to be multiple seasons. Your bears comparison is a horrible example. You were just completely hypocritical of yourself in one paragraph. Really, go back and read it. You certainly don’t have a talent for intelligence. Consider yourself put in YOUR place.

BTW: The Steelers weren’t in the playoffs three years ago, but neither were the Bengals… or the year before, or the year before… or the year before…………

  31. CincySux Says:

Ah shit. I completely mis-read your post Ken. I was trying to read it quickly here at work.

Ok… so forget the Bears thing, but the team still has a dynasty, just not of the time. But the Begnals don’t at all.. That is the original point. Your team has a history that a cat wouldn’t piss on.

  32. Ken Says:

I never claimed the Bengals to be any kind of dynasty. My point was to inform you that the current Steelers team is not a dynasty and that dynasties don’t miss the playoffs during their reign.

And I am well aware that the Bengals were not in the playoffs for about 100 years. But those days are over. You’ll get used to it.

  33. Ken Says:

And as far as putting me in my place…
many will try, all will fail.

  34. keepgettiniton Says:

Really? Carson said that he is “Jealous of what [the Steelers] have”? Classless?!?! Hating someone because they’re jealous of what someone else has? Is he in 4th grade? That’s such a whiny statement. I never wanted that guy permanently hurt, I wanted him to be embarrassed by the Steelers like every game he’s ever played them in except the one in dec. 05.

By the way, anyone remember when Palmer was picked off by Polamalu and Troy ran it back for a touchdown BUT right before he crossed the goal line he flattened Carson with a brutal hit. THEN motherfuckin’ KITNA yelled at and berated him on the sidelines on national TV?!? How could anyone not love the Steelers?

  35. Steel City Gal Says:

My sentiments exactly sir…I love my STEELERS!

  36. Angry Ken Says:

He giving them credit you dolt! They are the champs and Carson wants to do everything in his power to knock them off. I don’t see how that is classless. The only thing classless is Joey Porter’s grade school record.

  37. keepgettiniton Says:

    OOoooooooo. burn.

  38. Angry Ken Says:

Oh come on. You know it was kinda funny.

  39. AFC CHAMPS Says:

HAAHAHAH a Bengal fan? AHAHAHAAHHAAHAHHA Do they have those? HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA

  40. Nathaniel Stephenson Says:

how is that all you steelers fans actually was able to read the comments? how long did it take for you to type your comments?

  41. Nathaniel Stephenson Says:

Carson Palmer lied because kids were watching and didnt want to teach them all the bad language that should be said about the Squeelers
