Apparently winning a Superbowl isn’t enough to keep Pittsburgh Steeler president Art Rooney from finding something to complain about.

Maybe if Steeler fans weren’t such vulgar neanderthals other teams wouldn’t try to keep these animals from ruining their own stadiums. Are you not going to be satisfied, Rooney, until every Steeler away game has more of your own fans there than the home team? You already had home field advantage at the Superbowl. Why don’t you worry about your own condiment-named field and quit trying to tell other cities how to do business. I’m sure no one else in the NFL has a problem with keeping the yellow in its stadium urinals.

I will agree that Steeler fans are neanderthals (mostly)… A serious brawl almost broke out because of a Steeler fan actually screaming “That’s what you f-ing deserve” at Carson Palmer when he lay on the ground writhing in pain…
I have never seen a crowd of football fans get so quiet so quickly.

Don’t hate us because we wupped your asses and are going to do it again. Steeler fans are the only ones in the league loyal enough to follow their team anywhere, even to the depths of hell you guys call the Nati.

Or they just don’t have jobs, thus the free time to travel…
And I’m pretty sure we won half the games against you when Carson Palmer played…

Last season there was a local kid that got beat up downtown by a group of Steeler fans just for shouting a good natured “Who Dey” while walking through a parking garage after a game. The kid still hasn’t fully recovered and may have received permanent hearing damage. Luckily they caught and arrested the pieces of trash that did it.

But you didn’t win when it counted Sgt. So Sorry…
And come on, are you seriously saying all Steeler fans are aggressive animals? I have been to the city of PGH during games and have seen the Steeler fans in action. We rock. Minus a few bad apples, that is.

Did you not notice the (mostly) in my first comment?
And yes, most Steeler fans are aggressive, animalistic cavemen.

Sgt., you little smart ass. Yes, I did notice the (mostly) in your comment. That’s why I was directing my statement towards Ken.
And say what you will about us Steeler fans. We’re not going anywhere, so you best start adapting. And I am sure after our Super Bowl win, there will be many more “fans” out there to deal with.

In other words, better build more garbage trucks.

Art Rooney is just going to have to deal with the ticketing policy. No one wants to watch the Bengals play the Vikings but they do want to watch them play the Steelers. So make people buy both tickets thus selling out both games. If Steelers fans really want to see the Steelers A). Build a larger stadium or B). suck it up and pay for both tickets to the games. It is not your stadium so too freakin bad.
Furthermore, Steelers fans did not pay for the opposing teams stadiums. For instance, Paul Brown Staidum. The taxpayers of Hamilton County (Cincinnati) paid for the stadium so the citizens should of that area code should get first crack at the tickets. If you don’t like it go build another stadium.

I wouldn’t have a problem with this if it wasn’t strictlty designated to one group. How would you feel if you wanted to come to the bengals game here but you were forced to buy a ticket to some other game, now imagine that you had to fly across the country to do it. It is just not right.
Also everyone has those fans, i have lived in four states and at least ten cities and attended games of various levels. There are always those few idiots there. On every level in every city. I would have to imagine that if it was ben that got taken out there would have been a number of cheers probably even from some of the people that post here
