Pack Your Boxes Carefully
Trying to move the things that you own and make sure that nothing is going to happen to them is not always an easy thing to do. You have to be careful and make sure that you are going to do it the best way possible. That is why we recommend you learn how to pack boxes the right way. So that you do not open to find anything broken or missing.
When packing up anything glass you want to make sure that you wrap it up in newspaper or bubble wrap. This is going to keep it well insulated while inside of the box and cushioned for when people are picking it up and putting it down over the course of the move. Also make sure that you pack it with things that are the same weight or weigh less.
If you pack up books and you place them with something fragile than you run the risk of the books falling on top or possibly crushing the figurine or whatever might be in there that could break. That is why you should try to place newspaper in between any empty spaces that are inside of the box.
Always make sure that you stamp the box ‘fragile’ and what room it belongs in. this will let you know to NOT put heavy boxes on top of it when you place it in the moving truck. It is like placing a moving blanket over your glass table. It warns you to put it in a secure and safe place.
