Time for a change

John decided it was time for a change,  living in England, in the little village of Burghbury, was really getting him down and he wasn’t making the life he wanted for himself. He struggled to make ends meet but wanted to see the world. He had taken several cheap holidays abroad but tour operator holidays compared to travelling around the world on your own steam, going where you want, when you want, are two different things. John did like holidays but he wanted more. He saved for eight months and during that time he went without a lot of things.  He did not buy himself a new piece of clothing or any special treats at all during those eight months but he thought it would all be worth it. After saving enough he booked a one way ticket to Australia via the Far East. It was an open ticket so he was going to spend some time in Thailand and Vietnam before he embarked on his Australian adventure. He booked a couple of nights budget accommodation in Thailand for his arrival and decided he would then find somewhere to stay when he was there. Upon his arrival he went to his hotel and after dropping his bags off, a quick shower and change, he was straight down to the main tourist spots to see the amazing, unique sights. After a couple of days John went into a local travel agent and took a decision that would change his life and the lives of ten more individuals forever.
